Actually, I do want a pure JavaScript implementation of this (not ECMAScript / TypeScript), so it's not deprecated, but NodeCraft was the first to publish and uses CloudFlare regularly.
I’ll have to double check on the logging option to see what’s up. It should turn off logging junk domains, but perhaps there’s some sort of check that happens before another that’s causing IPs to slip through while domains are dropped.
(the link in the message, IIRC, tells you exactly why you see weird domains, which is completely normal just because the internet is a big place and there are lots of spam bots and stale IP addresses that belonged to someone else, and yada yada yada out there)
